Somatic Experiences
Somatic Release Breathwork™ is an embodiment experience.
We offer 1:1 private sessions, group, and online sessions to invite your breathe to connect with your body.
Private & Online Session: $250 per person / $222 via Zoom
In our modern world we have become mentally dominant society and have forgotten the intelligence that is within our body. We hold space for our clients to connect with their nervous system through breathwork. Somatic Release Breathwork™ employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. By using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world. We combine this modality with Tapping/ EFT to activate the energy points in the body and enhance the experience.

We are the experts to curate custom made blends where we learn and explore your desires and offer personalized tea blends.
We are here to offer customized packaging and varieties of different blends where we can bring the experience to our tea lovers. By curating the custom-made tea blends, we are introducing self-care to their routine to have a memorable experience . We are proud to take the time to speak to each individual to consult and assist to choose the desirable base. Following with adding different herbs, spices, flowers and fruits to surprise our tea lovers with the blends to create a meaningful experience. We are mindful of different taste preferences and understand the combination of flavors and aromas where they go together. We add these experiences to your personal custom tea blends to feel rejuvenated.
Tea Ceremonies
We host tea tastings, tea ceremonies and travel to different locations to host tea events.
Each tea ceremony is unique on its own as we personalize these circles of connections based on your vision. We offer Full Moon and New Moon Tea Ceremonies that are known to bring awareness and connection. To let go of the past and to connect with the present moment. We believe in order to create the future; we need to embody the present moment by pausing and reflecting. Sharing the tea and the wisdom of the herbs can be an invitation to ourselves and togetherness. These ceremonies bring us together and welcome us to be grounded and offer healing and inspiration. You can choose your own custom-made blend for each ceremony where resonates with the vibe that you wish to create.
